About the Artist: Ann Klem Always in love with color, Ann dove into creating hand-crafted glass beads in her studio in Fisherville (Louisville), Kentucky, after a career in computers. She is a graduate of Bonnie Blincoe’s beginning beadmaking class and other intermediate lampworking classes. She is a member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers and a juried member of the Louisville Artisans’ Guild. She is excited about the news that she successfully juried into the Kentucky Craft Marketing Program. Her beads and finished jewelry are showing at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft Gallery, the Glassworks Gallery, and the Swanson Reed Gallery, all in Louisville, at the Kentucky Artisans Center in Berea, KY, and Kittrell/Riffkind Art Glass in Dallas, TX. A car racer and proud grandmother, she lives with her fellow competitor car racer husband and a couple of guard cats.
